Untraceable
We have new movies every other day on cyber crime in the US. This is just another one.
Untraceable is the story of a FBI cyber crime agent, Jennifer Marsh, who tries to trace down a psycho internet killer, who sets up a website killwithme.com, which shows live streaming videos of people being tortured to death. The process of their death is hastened with the increasing number of people viewing the website. The climax, involves the death of the man behind the website, who is shown to be a victim of circumstances - he suffered from a mental breakdown after his father’s suicide was popularised by the media and video sites like YouTube.
The movie also includes scenes of gore and torture. The lack of a storyline or strong characters make the movie weak. My opinion - it’s a waste of time. Don’t watch it.
