The Sixth Sense

Most people wouldn’t believe that there is a guy alive on this planet who hasn’t seen the classic horror, The Sixth Sense. Well guess what, you just found one smart guy who hasn’t. I had obviously heard about the movie, it has referances in tons of other movies (I remember Drew Barrymore watching this movie everyday in 50 First Dates). I think we had rented the movie back in 2000 but the disc was in a bad shape so we couldn’t watch it.

Now isn’t it obvious that I liked the movie? It had the right combination of suspense, mystery and horror. And that made the movie complete. The best part was the end twist - just when you see that the movie is about to end and start thinking - “Ah! The conventional happy ending is about to come and greet me”, Shyamalan slaps a twist ending in your face and leaves your mouth in a big ‘O’.

What was the twist ending?

Bruce Willis was a ghost too.

There.

And yes spoiler warning. Don’t read this article if you haven’t watched the movie.
