PCLinuxOS GNOME Version

It’s sad that the Texstar group was forced to do this, just because Canonical did it. Considering the success of PCLinuxOS 2007, and the spreading user base, first SAM Linux (XFCE offspring of PCLOS) was released, and now this GNOME version. They are desperately trying to grab the market. Well, I hope all works out for the good. At the end of the day, all that matters to me is that I get a distro that is easy to use, lightweight, and has tons of eye candy with utilities.

Anyway, it looks sorta unofficial, because I couldn’t find a dedicated website for it. Here’s a download link and screenshots – link.

Tried to make a LIVE USB for this version, just like the main version, but no success. It’s weird we don’t have much help on the forums either. Now I’ll have to take Knoppix to school to do work.
