MTNL is getting worse..
Now I have to pay Rs. 25 as rent if I need a caller-ID handset. I have been living with a shitty handset since 9 years. They changed it recently with a second-hand, even more shitty handset, which doesn’t even ring sometimes. When I demand a new one, they ask for Rs. 25 pm as rent. Assholes.
