Hancock

A not so usual superhero movie. Hancock is a guy who has super human powers and is therefore expected by the society to be the savior of all mankind. Instead, Hancock is the local drunk who is lazy and careless; and even though he tries to help fight crime, he usually ends up causing more damage than help. Because of this people hate him. This is the fun part of the movie, the first half. The second half is more emotional and deals with love and other usual villain fighting and so its not worth mentioning.

Overall, Hancock was entertaining. But the lack of a strong storyline and a ‘real’ climax made the movie easily forgettable. I was expecting much more from the movie after watching the trailers. It was also a disaster of a movie for our little friends farewell meeting.
