Automatic Wallpaper shuffle in KDE

I was looking for a script/utility that could do that for me in KDE, just like we had tons of small apps for Windows that could do that. I posted it at IBF, where somebody told me to-

1) Create a symlink to my wallpaper directory.
2) Write a script that points that symlink to a random image from that directory, and sets it as a wallpaper.
3) Write a cron job to invoke this script every X minutes.

I was about to do this when I luckily found out that KDE has this feature by default.

1) Right click on your desktop.
2) Goto ‘Configure Desktop’.
3) In the ‘Background’ tab, select ‘Slide show’.
4) Click on ‘Setup’.
5) Add all the images you want, and set the required options (Time delay, repeat/shuffle).

That’s it! I really do feel stupid for doubting KDE. you think of it, its there in KDE.
