After Sales Service At Rashi Peripherals, Nehru Place, Delhi
This time I was there to get warranty for my Logitech Mini Optical Mouse Plus. It recently stopped working while I was wrapping its cord. It came with a 3 year warranty, so I decided to get it fixed. I got to know that Rashi Peripherals is an authorized service provider for Logitech in India. In fact, Rashi Peripherals handles after sales service for a lot of companies such as Sony, Altec Lansing and others. If you read this blog regularly, then you would know that this is not my first visit to Rashi Peripherals. The last time I was there, I was turned away with an unsatisfactory after sales service experience (I went there to avail warranty for my Altec Lansing ‘Behind-The-Neck’ Headphones).

In years of my experience with computer hardware companies, this is the first time that I had a pleasant experience when approaching for after-sales service. The office of Rashi Peripherals is located at 314, Mansarovar Building, Nehru Place, which is on the 3rd floor, but the warranty section is at 207, on the second floor. Usually this place is known to be crowded, but this time, there were only 3-4 people at the door. I took a token for the queue, and registered my details in a register near the door. I went inside, and handed over the mouse to a guy at the counter. He examined it for a while, checked the serial number, put a sticker on it, and handed it over to me. He asked me to give it to another guy sitting across the counter. I gave the mouse to him, and he handed over a new, unopened box of the same mouse. No questions asked.
It kinda feels nice, receiving a new product in exchange for an old one that you have already used for 8 months. +1 to Rashi Peripherals for being nice, for once at least.

you are a lucky one who get the service from rashi. Not all i purchase a new motherboard of asus brand from rashi. after a week it getting restart again and again .when i reached to the service station of rashi they said motherboard sata ports are burnt if you want the repair then pay Rs. 250/- for repair.when i give the money they give me a new motherboard . but i know that sata are working perfectly beacause my harddisk is working perfectly on that motherboard . but i think that whats the means of 3 years warranty if they provide the service with charges.from that day i never purchase any rashi product. try ses products they give suberb service.some times hand to hand even on burnt products. contact me if any query:-9569533877

Not necessarily. If your motherboard was in warranty, you should’ve gotten a free replacement. Paying for repairs of such a new motherboard is ridiculous. Anyway, as my post says, not everybody has had a bad experience there. I have had one bad and one good experience with them. In fact, I have gotten this mouse exchanged twice now, and both times they did it on the spot, no questions asked.

DONOT BUY ANYTHING SUPPLIED BY RASHI.
My MX5021 broke down recently. They say they don’t have any stock. They told me either to take refund (much less than what I paid) or pay extra money to take MX6021.
Its clearly written in user manual of 5021 than ALTEC LANSING will replace the product with better one if present product is out of production.More over it says 2years warranty , but when you go to Rashi , they say that they offer only 1 year.
AVOID PRODUCTS SUPPLIED BY RASHI AT ANY COST, NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE PRODUCT IS AND HOW REPUTED THE COMPANY IS OR YOU WILL SUFFER IN CASE SOMETHING GOES WRONG.
